Returns

Would you like to return your order? No problem – you can return your order to us within 14 days.

Returns fee

Please note that returns from the UK are at your own expense.
A processing fee of £25 will be charged for each returned parcel. This amount will be deducted from the total purchase price to be refunded.

Which items can you return?

• Items ordered from our online shop (abc-design.co.uk)
• The items must be complete (with accessories and instructions), in their original packaging and in their original condition
• If your order contains a gift or promotional item, these must also be returned

How does the return process work?

• Please send us an email to webshop@abc-design.de with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The items you wish to return
  • The reason for the return

• After checking your details, we will send you further information on the return process.
