How to return a product

• Go to https://www.abc-design.co.uk/warranty or email [email protected]
• Fill in the form providing order number, your post code, or email address
• Select which products you’d like to return and the reason for returning them
• A shipping label will be generated, and a confirmation email will be sent to the email used to place the order
• Attach the shipping label to the box
• Drop off the parcel at a designated carrier’s drop-off location 
• Once we have received the product, it will take 5 to 10 days for you to receive the refund.

For products purchased at third party retailers, please contact the retailer in the event that you wish to return your product.

Returns Policy

You can return items within 30 days of the purchase date if you’re not 100% satisfied with them. We will refund you the full amount you’ve paid for the product only when you returned it within the 30-day standard period. 

What are the conditions for return of a product?

The product must not be used and must be returned in the state you received it (no damage, scratches, with original labels, using instructions, guarantee leaflets and other hangtags and wrapping) preferably to be returned in the original packaging to prevent damage while in transit. 

We will take into consideration that you might have already taken the product out of the box. We understand you want to check if it meets your expectations. However, if any damage to the product is observed upon return, please note that ABC Design UK reserves the right not to pay the full refund.

All returns are free of charge.

When will I get my refund?

The refund process will start once we have received the returned product. It usually takes 5 to 10 days for us to process the refund and for you to receive payment. The refund will always be paid to the same payment method used to place the order.

How to exchange a product?

Unfortunately, we don’t have a process in place to support product exchanges yet. 

Did you change your mind, or would you like the same product, but in a different colour or with different compatibility features? You can return the product to us within 30 days from the purchase date and follow our standard Returns process. 

Once we have received the returned product, we will process your refund to the payment method you used while placing the order. After that, you can choose your desired product and place a new order at abc-design.co.uk
