How long is the guarantee on my pram or pushchair?
We offer a 2 year warranty on our prams and pushchairs.
There is a problem with my ABC Design pushchair. Where can I have it repaired or order spare parts?
What pressure should the air wheels from ABC Design have?
We recommend a pressure of 1.8 to 2.0 bar for our air wheel models.
What is the difference between a pushchair, pram, buggy and a stroller?
The terms “pushchair,” “pram,” “buggy,” and “stroller” are often used interchangeably, but they can have specific distinctions: Pushchair: A four-wheeled vehicle with a reclining seat that is generally suitable for children 6 months and up who can sit up independently/ Pram: Refers to a traditional baby carriage with a flat bottom, where the baby can lie down. Prams are designed for newborns and younger infants. Buggy: A collapsible, lightweight stroller designed for older babies and toddlers. Buggies are often more portable and suitable for travel. Stroller: Interchangeable term for buggy. Are ABC Design prams and pushchairs suitable for travel?
All our prams and pushchairs are lightweight and fold down to compact sizes, making them ideal for all your daily adventures, whether by train, car or bus. However, if you are looking to take your travels overseas, then our ABC Design Ping 2 pushchair is for you. This stylish buggy folds down easily to handluggage dimensions for airline travel, and comes with a handy strap so you can carry it on your shoulder should you need. It is still advisable to check with your airline to make sure that your buggy meets their handluggage requirements, as each airline can be different. How do I look after my ABC Design pram or pushchair?
Our ABC Design buggies are made to last, but you still need to take care of them. We realise that raising children is already a handful enough, so we have designed our products with this in mind. Our products are easy to wash with a wipe or warm water and a cloth, whilst some of our removable foot rests and boots are machine washable, taking the hassle out of caring for your ABC Design stroller.
How will be ABC Design pushchair be delivered, and is assembly required?
We offer free delivery on all orders over £199. Your ABC products will be delivered via DPD. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order has been confirmed. Our prams and buggies are delivered flat-pack, therefore, assembly is required. Are there any ABC Design prams suitable for twins or siblings?

Can I change the positioning of the backrest and footrest of my ABC Design stroller?
Yes, ABC Design prams and pushchairs are very versatile and allow you to adjust the backrest and footrest, so your little one can lie down or sit upright whilst you’re out exploring.
How do I assemble and use my ABC Design product?

Are ABC Design pushchairs and prams carry cot and car seat compatible?

Does the pram/pushchair meet safety standards in the UK?
We have been recognised as meeting and following the safety standards for the following: BS EN 1888: BS EN 1888 is a European standard specifying safety and performance requirements for baby strollers, ensuring quality and compliance. UPF 50+: UPF stands for Ultraviolet Protection Factor, measuring protection against UV rays. REACH: The European Chemicals Regulation for the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization, and Restriction of Chemicals. EN Norm: Regulates safety requirements and test procedures across the European Union. Intertek: Utilises various test procedures to ensure the structural integrity, safety, and quality of a wide range of children’s products. 100% Vegan: From prams to bags and accessories, our products contain no animal components, using only synthetic and natural materials.
