What is the difference between a pushchair, pram, buggy and a stroller?
The terms “pushchair,” “pram,” “buggy,” and “stroller” are often used interchangeably, but they can have specific distinctions: Pushchair: A four-wheeled vehicle with a reclining seat that is generally suitable for children 6 months and up who can sit up independently/ Pram: Refers to a traditional baby carriage with a flat bottom, where the baby can lie down. Prams are designed for newborns and younger infants. Buggy: A collapsible, lightweight stroller designed for older babies and toddlers. Buggies are often more portable and suitable for travel. Stroller: Interchangeable term for buggy. How long is the guarantee on my Samba pushchair?
We offer a 2 year warranty on our prams and pushchairs.
There is a problem with my ABC Design Samba pushchair. Where can I have it repaired or order spare parts?
If you have a complaint or a problem concerning an ABC Design pushchair or one of its components, please contact the retailer where you bought it or a retailer who stocks ABC Design items. Your retailer is responsible for service and carrying out any repairs. If you want to use the warranty you will also have to hand over the original receipt.

How do I look after my ABC Design Samba pram?
Our ABC Design buggies are made to last, but you still need to take care of them. We realise that raising children is already a handful enough, so we have designed our products with this in mind. Our products are easy to wash with a wipe or warm water and a cloth, whilst some of our removable foot rests and boots are machine washable, taking the hassle out of caring for your ABC Design stroller.
