Would you like to return items? No worries – you can send your order back to us within 14 days.
Please note that returns from the United Kingdom are at your own cost.

Which items can you return?

• Items ordered from our webshop (abc-design.co.uk)
• Items must be complete (including accessories and manual), in their original packaging and in their original condition
• If your order included a gift or promotional item, these must be returned as well

How does the return work?

• Please send us an email to webshop@abc-design.de with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • The items you want to return
  • The reason for the return

• After checking your details, we’ll send you further information about the return process.
